Mike Barnhart’s strong knowledge of design and the application of many illustrative techniques provides an added dimension to The Robin Shepherd Group's vision in graphic design and advertising. Mike’s various illustration styles have been applied to everything from logo designs and posters to editorial art, packaging and television.

Mike has worked in graphic design both independently and for various firms since the early 1980's. In addition to executing branding identities for a range of clients that include Jacksonville International Airport, Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, The Ritz Theatre, The PLAYERS Championship and Jacksonville Tomcats Arena Football, he has designed marketing materials for many high-profile city events, such as Earth Day Jacksonville, The Jacksonville Film Festival, First Coast Nutcracker, and both the Jacksonville and Pensacola Jazz Festivals.

His many charitable artistic contributions to the community have been recognized with resolutions from both the Mayor's Office and the City of Jacksonville.

Mike has been recognized consistently by the American Advertising Federation, and has won honors from Graphis, American Corporate Identity, Print magazine, Communication Arts and the Type Director’s Club of New York.

Mike received formal training at the University of North Florida and lives in Fernandina Beach.
